Not That Mom

I blog every day… sometimes six times a day. The only problem? Most of those blog posts never make it out of my head. 😂

Between being a wife, mom, Regional Property Manager, homesteader, animal caretaker, gardener, and someone constantly chasing new ideas, my mind is always full of stories, lessons, recipes, projects, and little moments that remind me just how amazing this life truly is.

I never fully understood how much love, patience, work, and grace it takes to care for a family until it became my season to do so. Motherhood, marriage, career, faith, and everyday life have stretched me, shaped me, and taught me more than I ever could have imagined.

This blog is not perfect — and it never will be. You won’t find a perfectly curated life here. You’ll find the real stuff: the beautiful moments, the messy moments, the lessons learned, the laughter, the struggles, the answered prayers, and the reminders that God is present through it all.

There may be grammatical errors. There may be run-on sentences. There may be moments where my thoughts move faster than my fingers can type. But every word comes straight from my heart.

I am a daughter of God, a wife, a mother, a sister, an aunt, a friend, an entrepreneur, a Regional Property Manager, a homesteader, a plant mom in training, a pet enthusiast, and a lover of all things food. I find joy in the simple things — fresh garden vegetables, muddy boots, flowers blooming, animals running around the farm, homemade meals, laughter around the table, and quiet moments where I can see God’s hand in everything.

This is a place for faith, family, farming, growth, and the everyday adventures that make life so meaningful.
